Established in 1982 and based in the New Forest area near Southampton, Waterside Tours offers a wide and varied selection of UK and Continental coaching tours.
Our local, friendly and efficient staff are standing by to help you in every way they can to ensure your experience with Waterside Tours is all that you expected and more.
All our holidays offer interesting itineraries with appealing excursions, comfortable hotels (all with private facilities), safe, comfortable and modern coaches and experienced and knowledgeable drivers, convenient local pick-up points and friendly and efficient booking staff.
Whether you already enjoy regular holidays with us or are considering our holidays for the first time, you can be sure that your comfort and enjoyment is uppermost in our minds. Our touring coaches have all the latest refinements with tea and coffee facilities, toilets, and air conditioning.
All vehicles undergo rigorous safety inspections and maintenance.
ALL OUR COACHES OPERATE A NO SMOKING POLICY
We believe that our competitive prices are second to none and all excursions are included in the holiday cost unless otherwise stated and seating allocations apply throughout the holiday to benefit those who book early.
All our tours are fully bonded to safeguard customer payments and repatriation for your peace of mind. Our tours run from the Totton and Waterside areas but additional pick up points can be arranged for a small fee.

Waterside Tours Team
Jackie - Managing Director
Jackie started working with the company when it was founded by her Father Roy in 1982. She started as a junior member of the office, learning the ropes of the industry before becoming the Company Secretary in 1999. It was in 2006 she first became co-director of the company sharing responsibilities with her father. During this time she completed her CPC Management Exam, which led to her becoming transport manager and then fully taking over as managing director in 2022 and now using her passion and determination Jackie continues to create a constantly thriving business.
Fiona - General Manager
Fiona has worked for the company for a total of 15 years (with a short break in the middle), starting as an admin assistant in 2006 and has continued to take on more responsibility throughout the years. In 2017 she became General Manager and now leads our busy private hire division.
Lisa - Office Assistant
Lisa joined us in 2024 and is your first point of contact in the office, she will always greet you with a friendly smile and a chat! Lisa’s career path has always involved Customer Service, and is looking forward to meeting you all and to assist with booking all your wonderful holidays and day trips.
